The best of two worlds:

Lomi Thai Fusion combines the best of two traditions: slow, flowing strokes and pressure techniques using hands, forearms, and elbows from Lomi massage, blended with passive stretches and joint mobilizations from Thai yoga massage and AyurYoga massage.
This oil massage—using organic oils from my own blends and optional essential oils—honors the whole body while deeply relaxing both body and mind.


The Peter Hess® Singing Bowl Sound Massage is a holistic method of deep relaxation. Special therapeutic singing bowls are placed on or around the fully clothed body and gently struck. The resulting sound waves create subtle vibrations that have a calming effect on both the physical and mental levels.

This form of sound massage can strengthen basic trust and self-awareness and allows for profound relaxation, supporting regeneration and the activation of your inner resources. Individual themes can also be gently addressed within the session.

Depending on your needs and symptoms, I also combine my work with cupping therapy. Using suction cups, a vacuum is created either locally or through gentle gliding techniques, which can be deeply relieving for tension, stimulate the fascial tissue, and promote circulation.
