2. Purposes, categories, and legal bases
We process personal data for the purpose of providing the website, responding to inquiries, fulfilling (pre-)contractual obligations, as well as for IT security and statistical evaluation.

Data categories:
Inventory, contact, content, usage, and metadata (e.g., IP address, browser type, access times).

Legal bases (Art. 6 (1) GDPR):
b: Contract initiation/contract fulfillment
c: Legal obligations
f: Legitimate interest (e.g., secure and functioning website)

3. Hosting & server log files
When you visit the website, technically necessary log data is processed (e.g., IP address, time, pages accessed).
Purpose: Operation, security, error analysis.
Deletion usually takes place after 7 days.

Hosting
Our website is hosted by ONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur. The hosting provider provides the technical infrastructure to deliver this website securely and reliably.

Processed data:
– IP address of the visitor
– Date and time of access
– Pages and files accessed
– Amount of data transferred
– Browser type and browser version
– Operating system of the visitor
– Referrer URL
– Host name of the accessing computer

This data processing is technically necessary to provide the website, ensure the security of the server, and prevent misuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The server log files are usually stored for a short period of time and then deleted.

We have concluded a contract for order processing (AVV) with InterNetX GmbH in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Cookies / TTDSG notice

We only use cookies that are technically necessary. These are required for the operation of the website and do not require consent (§ 25 (2) TTDSG).
LiteSpeed Cache (_lscache_vary)
This cookie is used for performance optimization and does not create user profiles.

5. Contact forms / Communication
When contacting us (e.g., via form or email), we process the user's details in order to handle the request.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b or f GDPR.
Data is deleted once the request has been completed and there are no retention obligations.

6. Newsletter
Processed data: email address, optional name.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Registration is via double opt-in.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link.

7. Reach measurement without cookies (Independent Analytics)
We use Independent Analytics for purely local, cookie-free reach measurement. No personal profiles are created and no data is transferred to third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

8. Disclosure to external cooperation partners
In order to process real estate inquiries, prepare offers, coordinate properties, or arrange appointments, it may be necessary to disclose personal data (e.g., name, contact details, information about the inquiry) to external, carefully selected cooperation partners.

This also includes partner companies and service providers in other EU member states.
The transfer takes place exclusively:
– to fulfill (pre-)contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or
– on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

All partners are obliged to process data exclusively for specific purposes and in accordance with EU data protection regulations.

9. Recipients / Order processing
We use service providers (e.g. for hosting or newsletter dispatch) exclusively on the basis of an order processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data will only be passed on if this is legally permissible or necessary.

10. Transfer to third countries
Personal data will only be transferred outside the EU if this is necessary for the respective service (e.g., via Mailchimp). In this case, appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 44 ff. GDPR will be used (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses).

11. Storage period
Personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the respective purpose or legal deadlines have expired.
