Yoga

Rooted in a wide range of yoga traditions and always infused with a touch of creativity, the Yoga I teach—both in groups and in one-to-one sessions—is a rich and versatile fusion that consistently responds to the individual needs of each participant. We all come with different backgrounds: personal stories, physical limitations, anatomical conditions, and changing needs in each moment.

With enthusiasm, I invite you to celebrate the body—cultivating joy in movement and a sense of curious exploration. Personal adaptations and variations are explicitly welcome: from stretching and dynamically flowing through sequences to gentle, quiet sensing, where conscious embodiment becomes a gateway to meditation.

My classes are thematically diverse and each follows a clear guiding thread woven through asana, mudra, pranayama, and meditation. The themes range from mythological to physiological to emotional aspects—always anchored in the present moment, the here and now. In addition, I teach Yoga Doc, the yogatherapeutic concept developed by Dr. Ronald Steiner, in a preventive context. Alongside Corfu and northern Germany, you can find me teaching at workshops, trainings, advanced trainings, and festivals both in Germany and internationally.

Yoga therapy

Yoga therapy is a holistic, individually tailored approach. It draws from the full spectrum of yoga practices—physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation—to ease physical discomfort, reduce stress, and address emotional imbalances, while supporting your innate self-healing capacities. It may also include guidance on nutrition and lifestyle. In one-to-one yoga therapy sessions, I develop a practice specifically tailored to you and your personal concerns—whether you are dealing with concrete symptoms, preventive considerations, or other themes and wishes that are present for you right now. I work creatively, but I do not make medical diagnoses. This offering does not replace necessary medical or therapeutic treatment; rather, it is intended as a complementary and supportive approach.

Yoga therapy is help toward self-help. It empowers you to actively and effectively support your own path toward greater balance, positively influence healing processes, and maintain well-being. Even if you are currently free of symptoms, Yoga therapy is a wonderful tool—not only for effective practice, but also for self-inquiry, learning, and recognizing deeper connections.
